Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct warehouse address.

  Pack with Care

  Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all protective inserts; architectural models and glassware must be securely padded to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item to confirm it is in resellable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
